Iasca reprezintă stratul interior, cu textură fină, întins manual, al ciupercii de fag numită Fomes Fomentarius. Această tradiție antică de fabricare a straturilor de iască din ciuperca de fag este unul dintre cele mai rare meșteșuguri din lume. Acest meșteșug este activ doar în satul numit Corund, Harghita, în mijlocul României.

Istoria, instrumentele, produsele și beneficiile iascăi (stratul interior al ciupercii de fag) sunt prezentate, iar voi veți participa la o demonstrație live pentru a înțelege cum este obținut cel mai fin material organic din lume cu ajutorul uneltelor simple și a muncii manuale, dintr-o ciupercă aparent dură și inutilă.

Această activitate o organizăm de la ora 13:00, fiecare zi a vacanței de Crăciun-Anul Nou. 

Pretul este fix: 25 lei (5 EUR) pe pers.

Este necesară o rezervare cu cel puțin o zi înainte.

Amadou is the interior, fine texture trama hand stretched layer of the beech fungus called Fomes Fomentarius. It is a Hungarian inhabited village in eastern Transylvania, in the middle of Romania

 The history, the tools, the products, the benefits of amadou, (the trama layer of beech fungus) are presented and you will join the live demonstration to understand how the finest organic material of the world is gained with simple tools and handwork from an apparently hard and useless mushroom from the tree.

The fee is fixed: 5 EUR /pers. 

We guide in English, German, Hungarian and Romanian. 

We  offer this activity all year long, rainy, sunny or winter day, does not  matter. At least one day in advance booking is required.
